‘Les Quatres Chefs’ Dinner

On December 8, Lutèce Bistro will be hosting a fundraising dinner for Australia’s 2015 Bocuse d’Or candidate, Shannon Kellam, that will see four of Australia’s greatest French chefs deliver one course each in an event that will be truly one to remember.

In an evening dubbed Les Quatres Chefs (The Four Chefs) Thierry Galichet, (Chef/owner Restaurant Montrachet and Bocuse d’Or Australia board member), Philippe Mouchel, (Melbourne Chef/owner and President Bocuse d’Or Australia), Patrice Falantin, (Executive chef Sofitel Brisbane Central and President Academie Culinaire de France Australia) and Romain Bapst (Chef/owner Lutèce Bistro & Wine Bar and Chairman Bocuse d’Or Australia) will each create a single course that will work in harmony with the rest of the menu to deliver a sophisticated four-course dinner.

Starting at 6.30pm for 7pm, the four-course dinner with Champagne and matching wines will have each course introduced by its respective chef. Tickets are $250 per person, with all proceeds go towards supporting Shannon’s 2015 campaign and the Bocuse d’Or Australia. Lunch & Dinner with Scott Pickett

In November this year, acclaimed restaurateur Scott Pickett of award-winning Melbourne establishments Estelle and Saint Crispin, will visit Brisbane to celebrate the release of his eponymously titled first cook book, Scott Pickett: A Cook’s Story.

On Tuesday 25th November, Scott will play host to a sublime three-course luncheon and a five-course degustation dinner – both in conjunction with his book signing. View the menu here.

Bookings for the lunch at Lutèce Bistro are available from 11.30am ($50 per person with matching wines) and for the dinner from 6.30pm for 7.00pm ($95 per person or $130 with matching wines).
