Due to the huge response to our last dinner with this amazing Guest Chef, Lien Yeomans – author of the best selling cookbook Green Papaya – is coming back to Lutèce!

Lien Yeomans started her apprenticeship when she was nine in pre-1950s Hanoi and grew through her devouring of Vietnamese cookery books upon her arrival in Sydney in the early 1960s. Lien is the founding owner of Green Papaya, a Brisbane staple in introducing diners to the fresh, exciting flavours of Vietnamese cuisine.

Join us on Wednesday, 8 October 2014 (6.30pm for 7.00pm) for an amazing five course dinner!
The menu costs $115 per person with a glass of sparkling on arrival or $145 per person with matching wines.
