The Winter Game Dinner honors Jean Weber, who was Romain’s mentor in Alsace & one of the most influential chefs of the past century. Weber was the chef de cuisine of the last Russian Tsar Nicholas II, Nikolai Alexandrovich Romanov & chef de cuisine at the Ritz Carlton in London.
Chef Bapst & chef de cuisine Debra Qian Cao present a five-course “Game” dinner, with special dishes such as quail Souvarov, venison Prince Wladimir & the Fraises Romanov
