Australia’s ‘Godfather of cuisine’ Tony Bilson Lutèce-bound

Lutèce Bistro & Wine Bar and Romain Bapst will be handing over the kitchen reins to Tony Bilson, Australia’s ‘Godfather of cuisine’, for a series of spectacular dinners this June.

The bohemian chef and restaurateur will deliver his signature fare during two five-course dinners and three-course lunches on June 17 and 18, and a cooking class on the morning of the Wednesday.

Mark Barry of Mad Bastard Wines of Finery comes to Lutèce

 We are thrilled to announce that we will be joining forces with the talented Mark Barry from ‘Mad Bastards Wines of Finery’ on April 29 for a distinctive five-course dinner.

Each course pays homage to our signature style, traditional French cuisine, and has been perfectly paired with wines from the Mad Bastard range.

Prepared by our head chef and owner, Romain Bapst, guests can expect the highest quality of cuisine including courses for a myriad of tastes, from duck right through to Murray River Perch. See the full menu here.

Mark Barry is a legend in the field of winemaking, originally breaking into the industry under the guidance of his father, Jim Barry from Jim Barry wines.

After a short break from the industry in 2005, Mark took the reigns in his career by launching into his first solo venture, opening ‘Mad Bastards Wines of Finery’. Since then, Mark has focused his efforts on producing quality wines with unique flavours.
