Each course pays homage to our signature style, traditional French cuisine, and has been perfectly paired with wines from the Mad Bastard range.

Mark Barry is a legend in the field of winemaking, originally breaking into the industry under the guidance of his father, Jim Barry from Jim Barry wines.
After a short break from the industry in 2005, Mark took the reigns in his career by launching into his first solo venture, opening ‘Mad Bastards Wines of Finery’. Since then, Mark has focused his efforts on producing quality wines with unique flavours.
