Following the great success of our last Winter truffle dinner, attendees will be treated to a delectable six-course feast that combines exquisite French flavours with the unique truffle taste.
The finest truffles comes from France, particularly the southwestern region known as the Dordogne. Historically as well as currently, the most famous black truffle of all is from a specific part of the Dordogne called the Périgord. In fact, fresh French winter black truf- fles are often called the “Diamonds of Périgord”.
Romain Bapst & Chef de Cuisine Qian Cao are excited to celebrate this fine ingredient in true French style, that uniquely intertwine the black truffle to bring out distinct and full flavours. Dishes such as Western Australian truffle soup, Romain’s famous quail & the black truffle pie, 36 hours braised White Rocks veal shoulder with the black truffle & parsnip puree.
