Romain Bapst and chef de cuisine Debra Qian Cao cook up a French-Chinese lunch to honour two of the world’s most popular cuisines. The five-course lunch, served from two long tables d’hôtes, allows diners to experience worlds old and new.
Running from 3 – 23 May, the program will feature a series of exclusive dining events held around the country. The happenings range from special one-off behind the scenes dinners based on Australia’s finest produce, to unique chef-on-chef collaborations.
