We’re proud to announce August 6th and 8th is the next Manjimup WA Black Truffle Melanosporum Dinner with Wines by Hentley Farm.
Following the great success of our last truffle dinner, attendees will be treated to a delectable seven-course feast that combines exquisite French flavours with the unique truffle taste.
We’re looking forward to showcasing a range of fine dishes to our guests again. Black truffles have a delightful combination of taste and texture, and they’re a unique and exciting ingredient to cook with.
We’re excited to celebrate this fine ingredient in true French style, with seven-courses that uniquely intertwine the black truffle to bring out distinct and full flavours.
Hentley Farm just won, “Best Winery in Australia” by James Halliday, who is Australia’s leading wine authority and author.
We plan to tantalise your taste buds on the evening with courses such as The duck foie gras, Glacier 51 sea bass & deep sea scallops, and White Rocks Milk fed veal shoulder, butternut & garniture “Bourgeoise”, just to name a few.

Held on Wednesday 6th of August at 6.30pm and Friday 8th of August at 7.00pm, book now to secure your reservation. $160 per person with a glass of champagne on arrival, or $190 per person with matching French wines.
