I’m delighted to celebrate Lutece Culinary friends first Anniversary with a great Brisbane & Australian chef Kym Machin on Thursday 30th September for LUNCH at 12 for 12.30pm & DINNER at 6.30 for 7pm at Kym’s & Jade his wife at his Bare Bones Society Restaurant in Jindalee.
Kym has worked with great chefs in South-Australia at the Grange with Cheong Liew, Eccolo & Jarmers – in Sydney with Thompson at Darley Street Thai, Claudes, Paramount, Ciccadas, & with Chef Tetsuya Wakuda. In Melbourne he joined Est Est Est, Jacques Raymond, Flower drum from Gilbert Lau & Mask of China.
For the last 17 years in Brisbane Kym has held Head Chef or Executive Chef positions at: Urbane, The Euro, Spring, & Anise.
A special menu “Travelling back in time”is designed by Kym for the occasion, matched with Mike Press Wines, Lobethal Adelaide Hills - South Australia.
The wines are presented by Tim Yule a great wine friend of Lutece.
