We’re excited to cement our place in the French culinary scene next month at our Black Truffle Celebration Dinner.
We’re treating our guests to a delectable seven-course feast with matching wine, combining exquisite French flavours with the French Black Truffle Tuber Melanosporum from Manjimup, Western Australia.
Our Owner and Executive Chef, Romain Bapst, can’t wait to showcase the range of fine dishes with you.
“Black truffles are, as we say in France, magnifique! They are well known in the culinary world, and have a delightful combination of taste and texture,” he said.
“We’re excited to celebrate this fine ingredient in true French style, with seven-courses that uniquely intertwine the black truffle to bring out distinct and full flavours.”
The enticing dishes are sure to have dinner guests curious and excited, with meals such as Spaghetti, egg, parmigiano reggiano, with black truffle, and the Champagne rose granite with black truffle.
The dinner is on September 4 at 6:30 for a 7:00pm start and will be $185 per person. It follows on from our successful Bastille Day opening in July!
