We’re proud to announce we’re treating you all to a second black truffle celebration dinner on March 13 to show off the black winter truffle melanosporum from Perigord, France.
Following the great success of our September truffle dinner, attendees will be treated to a delectable seven-course feast that combines exquisite French flavours with the unique truffle taste.
We’re looking forward to showcasing a range of fine dishes to our guests again. Black truffles have a delightful combination of taste and texture, and they’re a unique and exciting ingredient to cook with.
We’re excited to celebrate this fine ingredient in true French style, with seven-courses that uniquely intertwine the black truffle to bring out distinct and full flavours.
We plan to tantalise your taste buds on the evening with courses such as angel hair pasta, fried egg, Parmigiano Reggiano and black truffle; and deep sea scallops lightly smoked “en Croute,” the black truffle and salsify cream. See the full menu here.
The dinner is on Thursday, March 13 at 6:30 for 7:00pm and will be $160 per person with a glass of champagne on arrival, or $190 per person with matching French wines.
March and April are set to be big for us, with our cooking school commencing on March 31, and a lunch and dinner with PM 24’s Philippe Mouchel on the cards for April 2.
Bookings can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (07) 3161 1858. See you there!
