Lutèce Bistro & Wine Bar & Romain Bapst is proud to present the Sunday long Duck lunch with matching Rosés wines on the 25th November 2018 at 12pm for 12.30pm
Lutece & Romain are well renowned for their duck dishes since his opening over 5 years ago.
To celebrate Duck & Rosé, Romain prepares to start the Duck parfait & lentils du Puy with a glass of Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut NV Maison Langlois Château (Maison Lan- glois Chateau is based in Saumur and was created in 1912 by Edouard Langlois and his wife Jeanne Chateau. In 1973 the Bollinger family acquired ownership of Langlois)
Followed by the spiny lobster &, diced duck confit with 2017 Campuget 1753 Rosé, Manduel, Costières de Nîmes – (the Dalle Family has been running this Estate since 1753 for several generations, to produce Great Wines from the Rhône Valley while respecting our terroir and our identity. The pebbles of the Rhone, the southern sun, the Mistral, the Syrah, the Grenache are some fundamental elements that make up the identity of Campuget..
Plat de resistance the Chargrilled duck breast & duck “cromesquis” with the 2016 Terre à Terre Rosé Summertown Vineyard Reserv, Picadilly Valley ( Terre a Terre is a fine domaine in South Australia run by Xavier Bizot and his wife Lucy Croser.
(The Terre à Terre Rosé was first produced in 2016. This wine is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sparkling-base whole-fruit pressings coming from the Bizot Vineyard and the Summertown Vineyard. It will always ferment in small old barriques, and the colour is only obtained by relatively harder pressing of the skins.)
