This year we’re celebrating our first Valentine’s Day at Lutèce by bringing the romance of Paris to Brisbane. We’ll be open for both lunch and dinner, with normal a la carte service at lunch time and two set menu sittings for dinner.
The dinner service is sure to be great, with a four course sitting commencing at 6pm, and a five course sitting at 8:30pm.
Guests at the first sitting will be treated to a choice of exquisite dishes including a “Bouillabaisse” terrine of coral trout, cuttlefish & prawns, émulsion sauce rouille, and crispy squid, Slow roasted duck with a spiced “caramel” jus, butternut puree, peas and broadbeans, and Crème brulee with North Queensland vanilla bean, crispy cassonade pastry.
The second sitting will have all the same tempting choices, with the addition of Quail breast & duck foie gras pie, asparagus & sautéed gala apple, truffle jus – one of Chef Romain’s specialties.
