About the authentic Austrian “Nachspeise” (Dessert) being served at our lunch…
We have a very special Nachspeise (Dessert) Kaiserschmarren mit Zwetschgenröster named in honour of Austria’s last Emperor. He would order his favourite dessert of Soufflé Pancakes with a Plum Compote to be served to his hunting parties. This very special dessert will be served on authentic Austrian Lillien porcelain.
